The white wine of Ventura Soler Bouquet de Flor is composed of 30% Chardonnay and 70% Xarel-lo from the best vineyards of the Penedès region. The proportion of Xarel-lo, a traditional variety of the Penedés region, and its aging on the lees, makes Bouquet de Flor a dry, fresh and lively wine, which stands out for its softness and smoothness, while retaining a great freshness.
It has a light green color with bright reflections. The nose is lively and fresh. It gives off fruity aromas, a bouquet of white fruit with a touch of tropical fruit. It has a smooth entry on the palate and a fresh and elegant finish, subtly marked with citrus notes. The white wine Bouquet de Flor offers a magnificent balance between expression and delicacy.
