RED WINE

Atanor de Ventura Soler is made exclusively with Merlot grapes from selected vineyards in the DO Penedès. The perfect degree of ripening of the grapes together with a slow maceration of 15 days in the cellar, guarantees a great richness of flavors and the development of a friendly, lively and fresh structure.

Its cherry red color, vigorous and generous, announces the silky tannins that will be found at the first taste. It offers subtle and pure notes of forest fruit (freshly picked wild raspberry, cherry, blackcurrant) combined with floral notes of red rose. The mouthfeel is silky and delicate. On the palate, it is characterized by a harmonious structure and by its vivacity and freshness.
