The Crisol of Ventura Soler is a monovarietal rosé wine made with Merlot grapes selected at their best point of ripening. Its attractive color and vibrant intensity in the mouth is due to a rigorous and careful elaboration. A delicate maceration in the cellar gives it the roundness and softness needed to accompany a beautiful evening.
The coat, light and shiny, is strawberry pink. The nose is wide and expressive and at the same time fresh and young. It gives off the aroma of forest fruit (wild raspberries, cherry, blackcurrant) combined with floral notes of red rose. The mouthfeel is silky and delicate. On the palate it is soft, fruity and very refreshing.
