    Cava de Ventura Soler Gran Cuvée Brut Nature, structured and powerful, pays tribute to the classic blend of the Penedès. Made from native varieties of this region, it is composed of 50% Xarel·lo and 50% Macabeu and Parellada. The selection of the best grapes associated with the maturation of a slow aging of 24 months in the rima gives this cava the softness and liveliness necessary to accompany the best moments of life.

    The coat is bright yellow with litmus reflections. The bubbles are fine and delicate. The nose is lively and fresh, a bouquet of apple blossoms with a touch of peach and aniseed aromas, which disappear in front of notes of lightly toasted almonds. The mouthfeel is soft, fruity and fresh. On the palate, notes of fruit in syrup are discovered. The finish in the mouth is long, flexible and stands out for its tasty softness.

    El Cava de Ventura Soler Gran Cuvée Brut Nature, estructurat i potent, rep homenatge al clàssic coupage del Penedès. Elaborat a partir de varietats autòctones d’aquesta regió, es compon d’un 50 % de Xarel·lo i un 50% de Macabeu i Parellada. La selecció dels millors raïms associada a la maduració d’una lenta criança de 24 mesos a la rima ofereix a aquest cava la suavitat i la vivacitat necessaris per acompanyar els millors moments de la vida.

    La capa és de color groc brillant amb reflexos tornassolats. Les bombolles són fines i delicades. El nas és viu i fresc, un buqué de flors del pomer amb un toc d’aromes a préssec i anís, que desapareixen davant de notes d’ametlla lleugerament torrada. L’entrada en boca és suau, afruitada i fresca. Al paladar, es descobreixen notes de fruites en almívar. El final en boca és llarg, flexible i destaca per una saborosa suavitat.

    The Cava de Ventura Soler Primer Cuvée Brut Nature is made exclusively from wines from the first pressing. It is made up of 30% Chardonnay, 50% Xarel·lo and 20% Macabeu, coming exclusively from grapes from the Penedès region. The touch of Chardonnay that completes the coupage, and its slow maturation of 24 months make it a highly gastronomic, pleasant and complex cava, to discover and rediscover repeatedly.

    The coat is bright, pale yellow with a golden reflection. The bubbles are fine and delicately form a string of creamy and persistent foam. The first aromas are mineral and quickly turn vegetal, then floral with white flower fragrances. The mouthfeel is lively, with very fresh citrus touches. Then it becomes much broader and silkier, accompanied by flavors of peach in syrup. The end is rich and explosive.

    The Cava de Ventura Soler Brut Natural Reserva is a coupage of the varieties Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada that come from different vineyards in the Penedès region. The harvest perfectly brought to maturity, as well as the minimum aging of a year and a half in the cellar, where it reaches full aromatic maturity, makes our Reserva a very balanced and quality cava constant.

    The coat is bright, golden straw yellow. The bubble is discreet and persistent, forming a dense crown. The nose is fine and expressive, giving off aromas of peach and white flowers. The mouthfeel is lively, fresh and harmonious. Flavors of fruits and honey are then delicately expressed. The Cava Brut Natural Reserva, which acquires all its maturation during the 18 months of aging in the cellar, has a dry, fresh and pleasant palate.

    Cava Rosé de Ventura Soler immediately stands out for its litmus pink color. The secret is its preparation: a demanding coupage of two red varieties from the Penedès region. The 60% of Pinot Noir is what gives this cava its incomparable color as well as delicate fruity notes in the mouth. The 40% of specially selected Garnatxa enhances the aromatic expression and brings richness, harmony and softness.

    The cape is coral pink with orange highlights. The bubbles are fine and delicate. The nose, expressive, reveals delicious aromas of red fruit and anise. The mouthfeel is creamy and generous, at the same time very fresh. On the palate, the red fruit sweetness dissipates and becomes lighter. It lends itself to tastings both at the beginning and at the end of an evening.
